Energy efficient for all seasons 'How much will it cost to run a hot tub?' is one of the most frequently asked questions. It is a main reason that Beachcomber produced hot tubs with little or no foam insulation in the early 80s. Then during that time we went to the three-wall insulation, which is the industry standard today.

In the mid 80s during the energy crisis, Beachcomber Hot Tubs Saskatoon had a better idea and created a new revolutionary insulation method. We re-engineered the power equipment into an external step providing more room inside for even more insulation allowing us the advantage of 100% insulation on all 4 sides, giving you lower energy costs, and the most efficient hot tub on the market today!

We sealed every nook and cranny with a special formulation of energy saving insulating foam. This exclusive method called 'Protec' combined with our Power Guard heat shield creates a vacuum seal, much like a thermos bottle, that locks in the heat for use in all seasons.

Pictured at right is a hot tub in mid January 2006 at approx. -30 degrees Celsius and as you can see none of the snow on the cover is melting meaning the heat is being held inside the tub instead of escaping through a poorly designed cover. Beachcomber Hot Tubs are designed for all four seasons in Canada no matter how harsh!

Beachcomber's Hybrid Edition hot tubs are 100% foam filled to conserve energy. The penetration of moisture and air is blocked with full foam, reducing heat loss. We use a specially formulated foam product that is made right in our own factory; it is water based, and it fills every nook and cranny with energy saving foam.

Parts and Service

Saskatoon Hot Tub Service Co. has been in the service business since 2002. We repair all makes and models of hot tubs, sell filters and covers for all hot tubs, and repair pumps. We offer delivery and moving services for all hot tubs and swim spas. We have mobile people and people that work in the shop if a you want to bring something in. Our service techs are factory trained and combined have over 50 years experience.
